Super Circuit Class is where intensity meets efficiency for a workout experience like no other. This fast-paced session combines bursts of high-intensity exercises with brief recovery periods, maximizing calorie burn and cardiovascular endurance. 

Body Blast & Weights

Tuesday @ 6.30 PM (60 mins)
Body Blast & Weights is a dynamic fusion of cardio, strength, and toning exercises that will sculpt and strengthen your entire body. Led by our expert instructor, this high-energy session incorporates a mix of bodyweight movements and weighted exercises to target every muscle group. 

Box Fit & Circuits

Monday & Thursday @ 6.30 PM (60 mins)
Box Fit and Circuit Fitness class is where the intensity of boxing meets the dynamic challenge of circuit training for a full-body workout experience. This high-energy session alternates between boxing drills and circuit exercises to maximize cardiovascular endurance, build strength, and enhance agility.
