Rise & Shine: Box Fit

The Rise & Shine Box Fit class is a high-intensity fitness class that combines elements of boxing with cardio and strength training. Participants typically perform boxing drills, such as punching combinations using gloves and pads or heavy bags, along with bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups, and core work. The focus is on improving cardiovascular endurance, strength, coordination, and agility, while also offering a full-body workout.

Body Blast & Weights

Tuesday @ 6.30 PM (60 mins)
Body Blast & Weights is a dynamic fusion of cardio, strength, and toning exercises that will sculpt and strengthen your entire body. Led by our expert instructor, this high-energy session incorporates a mix of bodyweight movements and weighted exercises to target every muscle group. 

Super Circuits

Wednesday @ 6.30 PM (60 mins)
Saturday @ 10 AM (60 mins)
Super Circuit Class is where intensity meets efficiency for a workout experience like no other. This fast-paced session combines bursts of high-intensity exercises with brief recovery periods, maximizing calorie burn and cardiovascular endurance. 

Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT)

Friday @ & 9.30 AM (45 mins)
Legs, Bums, and Tums fitness class is where we target key areas to tone and sculpt your lower body. This dynamic session focuses on exercises designed to strengthen and shape your legs, lift and firm your glutes, and tone your core. From lunges and squats to crunches and leg lifts, each movement is carefully crafted to enhance muscle definition and improve overall fitness. Whether you're looking to tighten and tone specific areas or simply want a full-body workout, this class offers a fun and effective way to achieve your fitness goals and leave you feeling confident and revitalized.

Group Personal Training Sessions are focused training sessions tailored to meet the fitness goals of each person. These sessions are perfect for those who prefer to train with a friend/partner but still want the benefits of a tailored session.

I Love Weights

19th August - 19th September: Monday & Thursday @ 6.30 PM (60 mins)
The I Love Weights Bootcamp is a great way to get stronger, leaner and healthier. Lifting weights no only trains muscles, it reduces belly fat, improves strength, flexibility, increases bone density and reduces the risk of osteoporosis.
